AI-Powered Onboarding & Feedback: We may record calls and collect personal information provided verbally when Pearl Social uses an artificial intelligence (“AI”)-powered voice to contact you. Our AI may call you to assist in the creation of your Pearl Social profile or to gather feedback on matches and dinners you have attended.
AI-Generated Profiles: Please note that part of your Pearl Social profile is derived through these AI conversations; as such, certain elements of your generated profile cannot be managed manually.
Sensitive Information: The personal information collected via AI or forms may include, but is not limited to, your gender, sexual orientation, age, height, location, religious beliefs, political affiliations, racial or ethnic origins, education, income, job title, interests, and personality characteristics.
Note: According to recent industry benchmarks, approximately 15-20% of users in high-end social curation apps opt to share detailed demographic data (including ethnic origin) to improve the accuracy of community matching.
Interactive Features: We collect information you submit through messaging features, comments, and social forums within the app. Anything shared in public areas of the Services is considered “public.”
Purchases: We collect details associated with your subscriptions or event bookings. Payments are processed by third-party providers; we do not store full credit card numbers, though we receive associated billing details.
Personal Information Collected Automatically
Device & Usage Information: We collect IP addresses, device identifiers, browser types, and location information (including precise geo-location to facilitate local social matching).
Cookies and Tracking: We use cookies, pixel tags, and web beacons to understand how you interact with our Services and to improve the user experience.
Personal Information Collected from Third Parties
If you link your Pearl Social account to a Third-Party Service (e.g., Instagram or LinkedIn), we may collect information made available via your privacy settings on those platforms. We also collect feedback about you provided by other Pearl Social users following matches or events.

Personal information processed by Pearl Social may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country where we or our service providers maintain facilities.
CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Pearl Social is strictly for individuals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
SMS PRIVACY
Pearl Social does not share, sell, or rent your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
